Life is all about connections and relating to one another at a deeper level. When things get in the way of that we start to feel isolated and can become more desperate for connection but being misled into thinking that the way back is through separation.
What this means essentially is that when we find ourselves trying too hard to feel "normal" we tend to get lost in the focus and become more lost. When we try too hard to do anything we often get selfish in the process and make bad decisions that take us further away from spiritual connections.
